Website Difficulties??

Our server, 00freehost.com, is apparently having malware “issues” throughout their service.  I discovered this to my horror on the night of Monday, July 20.  Due to this, our site is being blocked from the view of several of us – including me.  Hopefully, they can speedily resolve this so that I can get back to work.  I check it frequently, including just now:

“What happened when Google visited this site?

“Of the 323 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 71 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2009-07-22, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2009-07-21.”

When I am able to learn more than this, I will let you know.

Death of Thelma Parks Lewis Buhrman – Class of 1937

This notice appeared in this morning’s Daily Press. Unless I am greatly mistaken, the Buhrman family lived on Chestnut Avenue in Stuart Gardens in the mid-50’s, and Mrs. Buhrman’s son, Charles, was in Mrs. Hatcher’s first grade class with me at Magruder School.

I learned that Jimmy Hazelwood passed away on Christmas Day, and I think he may have graduated from NNHS as he grew up in East End. I haven’t seen the obit in the paper yet but he would be in his mid 70’s, I believe. Just wanted to give you a heads up, and have a wonderful time wherever you are enjoying yourself. You deserve a break.
